Supported Carriers: This SMS service is available on major US and Canadian carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, Telus, and others.

Geographic Availability: SMS services are currently available only in the United States and Canada.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crownstone Marketing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Content created for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment for services rendered.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any of our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems connected to the service.

You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate in good faith during service delivery.

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. Crownstone Marketing makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

While we strive for excellence in all our services, marketing results may vary and are not guaranteed.

All fees are due as specified in the service agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Termination procedures for active service agreements will be outlined in individual contracts.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
